This yoga mat is made from eco-friendly TPE material and is waterproof. It is not suitable for outdoor use in strong sunlight but is good for indoor and outdoor grounds. The mat is long, thick and non-slip providing good cushioning for joints during workouts. The carrying strap is slightly difficult to use and may leave a small permanent mark if tightened down too much. The mat is easy to roll up and carry. Most reviewers were happy with their purchase, with many commenting on the comfort and thickness of the mat. Some reviewers encountered glitter, but the majority did not have this issue.
