svara: Hi, Have recycled the packaging now but don't recall any recommendation to wash before use. There wouldn't be any need to pre-wash particularly as you would place your other mattress topper/bedding over it. Needs to be washed as and when but have a belief that products like this are manufactured to be at their most efficient before laundering. -
