What is the temperature range for the ThermoPro TP200?
svara: The indoor temperature range is -20℃ to 70℃, and the outdoor range is -50℃ to 70℃. -

How many outdoor sensors can be connected to the system?
svara: You can connect up to 3 outdoor sensors, but only one is included with the purchase. -

Is the outdoor sensor weatherproof?
svara: Yes, the outdoor sensor is rainproof and is designed for outdoor use. -

Would this be suitable to attach to the outside of my campervan?
svara: The remote sensor must be always placed upwards so that rain won't get inside the sensor through the vent holes on the bottom of the senor. -

Can someone please tell me how to open the outside sensor to fit the batteries?
svara: It's a tight clip at the bottom of the back panel. Lift that and the main back panel will open. -

Can the TP65 monitor humidity without using the additional sensor?
svara: The TP65 monitors INDOOR and OUTDOOR separately. -

Can I use it on a plane? How does it connect? I need to put it inside a cool box?
svara: It does not connect by WiFi (2.4 GHz) but by a lower ISM band 433MHz which has a much longer range especially as the antenna length is only a few cm. -

Can it read in C or is it permanent F?
svara: Switchable between Fahrenheit (-4 to 158deg) & Celcius (-20 to 70deg) via touch button on screen. -

Can this device be accessed remotely over wifi network?
svara: No, it doesn't use Wi-Fi but it is wireless. -

What is the lowest temperature it can read? And what is its lowest operating outdoor temp?
svara: The instruction manual for the thermometer states the following ranges: INDOOR -4 to +158 degrees F (-20 to +70 degrees C) OUTDOOR -58 to +158 degrees F (-50 to +70 degrees C) -

Had it November, the outside sensor is 5m from main unit no thick walls in between. But only intermittently shows an outside reading. Any suggestions?
svara: I would check the batteries and maybe reposition..sheltered if in exposed place. If the signal / icon is not steady after then maybe faulty unit? -

What colour is the display screen? One picture shows blue and the other a normal background.
svara: The blue screen shown is what you see momentarily if you press the backlight symbol to illuminate the screen in the dark. The normal screen is standard, i.e. black lettering on a grey background. -

Can I put the sensor inside cavity wall to monitor humidity there? I had a water leak and if it happens again I hope to detect it early.
svara: I would think so, but you might be better buying a small handheld moisture detector for around £10. All you have to do is touch the 2 probes to the wall. Instant reading. Use anywhere.
