Can 3 modules be wired to the same single activation button?
svara: Yes, it can be wired in series to activate modules. But then you would have 3 tunes playing. It might be fun if you have different instruments on each one. -

If I replace the button with an on/off switch, can it constantly loop?
svara: Yes, you can replace the button with a switch. But it will only play one song each time you flip the switch. -

What type of USB plug is it?
svara: The included free USB cable is Type A to Mini USB Cable. So, you just need a regular/standard USB port on your device. -

Why does recording that comes w/ it play at audible level, -my recording is barely a whisper even though sound was set to maximum level?
svara: The reason for it is that your MP3 file(s) have very low sound volume levels. You can increase the sound volume level of your file by using websites like mp3louder.com or any other similar website. -

Can you record a 2 minute song on it?
svara: Yes, the unit has a 2 MB capacity which translates to about 120 seconds of total recording time. -

Can the USB cable remain plugged in?
svara: If the USB cable stays plugged in to your device (PC, MC, etc), the unit will not play. However, if you mean ONLY the other end stayed plugged in to the unit, that is fine and the unit will still play. -

How loud is the speaker at maximum volume?
svara: It's pretty loud and would not be considered loud if you were to use it in a large open area, but for home use, it's loud! -

If it plays a couple files then you remove power, will it continue where you left off or beginning? battery vs on/off switch
svara: If you use the ON/OFF switch to cut and reinitiate power, it will start from the next song/recording you left and will start from the beginning. -

So does it actually play different files for each press?
svara: Yes, it will play different MP3 files each time the button is pressed. -

What is the voltage range the board can accept? Looking to hardwire a constant power source for an antique pachinko machine restoration.
svara: We would not recommend anything higher than 4 V.
