Upplýsingar um vöru
- How the CGEM II Computerized German Type Motorized Equatorial Mount with Tripod revolutionizes your stargazing experience is truly remarkable. This updated version of the esteemed CGEM mount boasts a modern, striking design, and is engineered to securely hold Celestron's high-end SCT optical tubes (up to 11) without any vibration. This makes it an optimal choice for both astrophotography and visual observing. With a payload capacity of 40 lbs. and a slewing speed of 5 degrees per second, this mount can swiftly and accurately point to any celestial object in its extensive database. The CGEM II's ergonomic design features large Altitude and Azimuth adjustment knobs, simplifying the polar alignment process. The CGEM II is not just about aesthetics and convenience; it's also about innovation. It incorporates Celestron's groundbreaking All-Star Polar alignment procedure, enabling you to accurately polar align the mount using any star, even if the celestial pole is not visible. This feature is a game-changer for astronomers in areas with obstructed views of the night sky.Astroimagers will appreciate the Permanent Periodic Error Correction (PEC) feature, which allows users to correct the worm gear's periodic errors. The mount retains these PEC recordings, ensuring consistently accurate tracking. When observing objects near the Meridian (an imaginary line passing from North to South), the CGEM II continues tracking well past the Meridian. This allows for uninterrupted imaging through the most ideal part of the sky. The mount's robust database includes over 40,000 objects, 100 user-defined programmable objects, and enhanced information on over 200 objects. In summary, Celestron's CGEM II Computerized German Type Motorized Equatorial Mount with Tripod is a perfect blend of design, functionality, and innovation. It bridges the gap between the Advanced VX Series and CGX Series, offering a superior observing and imaging experience.
