The PremiumCraft Square Braid Cotton Candle Wick - #1 comes unprimed and requires priming before use, the package includes instructions on how to do so. The wick size depends on the diameter of the candle being made and a chart is available on the product page. The product is not identified as being made by Atkins & Pearce. The wick is recommended for candles up to 2.5 inches in diameter and not suitable for typical 1-inch taper candles as it will burn quickly. Regular 20mm x 6mm wick tabs can be used for this wick size.
