The installation is easy, and it comes fully assembled. The only downside of the chair is that it could be easier to control. The controller and instructions could be easier, and all of the iCons look too similar. The instruction manual is very limited on how to modify the five programmed massages "Relax," "Stretch," "Low Back," "Demo," and "Upper back." The only thing one can modify is the intensity of some of the settings like the foot rollers (too intense for many people on their default strength, especially the elderly). Overall, the Osaki OS-Champ 2 Stages Zero Gravity Full-Body Massage Chair Recliner with Heating on Lumbar is a great chair and highly recommended.
