The Vollrath 15062 14" Blade is a replacement 1/4" dicer blade made for the Vollrath 15000 Redco InstaCut 3.5. It will not fit the InstaCut 5.0. Customers were pleased with the product and found it to be excellent, fantastic, and great as described. One customer mentioned that the blade was not sharp upon arrival, but this issue did not seem to be widespread.
