KMC Drivetrain Components Editorial Review
The KMC Unisex’s 11 Speed MissingLink Joining Link has garnered positive feedback from seasoned cyclists, particularly those who have long relied on KMC products over competitors like Shimano. Users appreciate the ease of use and the practicality of the reusable design, which offers a more economical solution when maintaining and cleaning bike chains. Unlike Shimano Quicklinks, KMC’s MissingLink can be reused multiple times without degrading, making it a preferable choice for those who regularly clean their chains. Cyclists have noted that the assembly process is straightforward, although a bit of patience is needed. The absence of special tools for installation is a significant advantage, though having chain link pliers does make the process easier. Reviews point out that the new KMC links are easier to close compared to Shimano links, which many users find cumbersome. As a result, the KMC MissingLink stands out as a must-have product for cyclists looking for reliable and efficient solutions for chain maintenance and emergencies. In summary, KMC's MissingLink is embraced by the biking community for its cost-effectiveness and user-friendly design, cementing its reputation as a go-to choice for both casual and serious cycling enthusiasts. **
