Davis Instruments Electronic Indicators Editorial Review

Davis Instruments Rudder Position Indicator is designed to enhance your boating experience, particularly for pontoon boats where visibility of the motor is limited. The gauge is lightweight at just 1.9 ounces and compact, measuring 1 x 5 x 8 inches. Many users have found it effective when paired with consistent steering setups, such as cable-driven systems, while some have noted it may not perform as well with hydraulic systems due to slippage. This product requires occasional recalibration but provides easy installation, especially when using alternative mounting options like Velcro. Overall, the Davis Rudder Position Indicator has garnered positive feedback for its practicality and functionality in various situations.
