According to the FAQ section, the boots only come in single E wide, so customers who prefer wider options may not find this model suitable. The boots are Considered true to size, and they do not have available Durango replacement insoles in case they wear out. The boots have exceeded the customer's expectations with their high quality and neat packaging, although one customer was not happy that they were steel toe boots, which was not mentioned in the product header. Some customers experienced discomfort despite choosing the wide size, and they say that the boots are heavy and clunky.
