The Race Face Charge Knee Pad is a product that has mixed customer reception. Some customers found the product to be excellent, while others had a difficult time using it. A few customers found it easy to use and liked that it was more comfortable than traditional rollers. On the other hand, some had a hard time with the wand and found it difficult to use, especially with curlier hair. One customer mentioned that there were neither instructions, nor was the video clear enough to be of much help. The main drawback seems to be the size of the rollers.
