The headphones are comfortable, have excellent sound quality, and are noise-cancelling, allowing for good call quality. There have been some firmware issues reported, as well as durability issues, such as the headbands breaking easily. The earbuds have also been reported to have varying degrees of noise issues. The Surface Headphones 2 has a good battery life, and can be charged quickly.
