In addition, one user reports that the charging cable has turned yellow near the Micro USB port due to the heat. One customer advises others to avoid the product, stating that the rubber becomes sticky and makes use unpleasant. Another user states that the entire rubber has started peeling off after just 2.5 years of use. Lastly, a customer states that Microsoft's product support is zero.
