    svara: No, the current sensor can be placed on the positive or negative side of power.

    svara: It comes with a through-hole current transformer and one 2 meter long cable.

    svara: The sensor comes with a 2-meter long cable, but the factory can customize longer cables.
  • spurningu: Do the black and red leads connect to 12 volts source voltage for automotive car install?

    svara: There are two ways to wire: 1) from a power source, or 2) from the induced power from a hall transformer. Please refer to the website for the schematic.

    svara: No, my model doesn't use a shunt. It uses a Hall effect sensor transformer ring, similar to a CT transformer in AC power.
