Mailbox Alert Post-Mount Mailboxes 1400 Editorial Review
The Mailbox Alert - Mail Chime Wireless Mail Notification System is a wireless notification system that alerts users when their mailbox has been opened. The system comes with a transmitter that is attached to the mailbox and a receiver that is placed in the user's house. The product is easy to set up, with the transmitter being attached using double-stick tape that is already on the transmitter. It is activated by the motion of the mailbox door, which triggers the alert. The system can alert users from a distance but may sometimes fail due to obstacles such as trees, walls, or distance. The battery life is not guaranteed, and it does not give low battery warnings. A review of the product showed mixed reactions from customers. Some customers were pleased with the product's accuracy and found it to be reliable, while some found it to be inConsistent and unreliable. Several customers praised the product for its ease of installation, and how it helped them avoid missing important mail. One customer appreciated the product's loud signal and the fact that the red light remains on until the user resets it. However, some customers complained about the product's alarm volume not being adjustable and mentioned that it was too loud. Also, some customers experienced issues with the transmitter and had to reach out to customer support for a replacement.
