    svara: The only problem with the aftermarket filter that goes in the ball is the red clip sometimes does not attach properly and when vacuuming it comes loose and locks up the ball from rolling. You have to turn off the machine, reattach clip and continue vacuuming. Both filters work very good for the money.

    svara: The filter kit does not contain a crevice tool. The original vacuum does include a crevice tool with a sliding brush.

    svara: You have to line up the filter exact. However, it should not take more than 5 min. Perhaps is wrong filter/size ? Contact seller.

    svara: The size for the Pre-filter diameter is 133mm and height with 27mm. The post filter inner diameter is 118mm and rubber diameter 137mm. Fits All DC25 Mod
