Teac Multichannel Amplifiers Editorial Review

The Teac AI-301DA-BK Integrated Amplifier has a solid build quality with a weighty and substantial feel. It has digital inputs, and line-level analog inputs with a subwoofer output jack. The sound quality is A+ 99% of the time. However, the driver for USB seems to be buggy and requires occasional disconnecting and reconnecting. It does remember the last source selected and has a remote that works perfectly. It is good to power high-end headphones and can drive speakers reasonably well, but some have complained about the Bluetooth connectivity. The Teac player allows playing any file type with crisp and clear detailing. The soundstage is impressive for an amp with this wattage rating. It can be used for a 2.1 system for PC, TV or game Console with some speakers lying around. It is expensive compared to similar AV receivers under the same price range.
