    svara: I don’t work for the company. I do know that they are Fodmap safe, and I never had digestive issues with the garlic. That being said, I haven’t used this supplement for over a year. I changed to another brand which had an ingredient combination that better meets my needs.

    svara: I can’t anwer for sure...I haven’t queried the company. For me personally, I’m very, very sensitive to garlic, but for some reason these don’t bother me at all. I was concerned about it, too. Maybe the amount is extremely minuscule—or the processing removes the FODMAPs? I’m sure if you contact Stellar, they can give you more info. My nutritionist recommended that I discontinue my previous vitamin supplement due to a non-FODMAP issue, so I thought I’d give these a try and they seem to be working well for me.
