Then, apply it to a clean, oil-free, mostly hairless, and venous area of your skin, such as the inner wrist, arm, shoulder, or top of the foot. Leave the patch in place for up to 12 hours. When you're finished, gently peel the patch off your skin. For adults, use one patch a day or night. You can wear a combination of patches, but applying two patches of the same product at the same time is not recommended. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Do not apply to damaged or broken skin.
