svara: I would go with horse. I got the cob for our large pony. She is a little over 13h and it fits her perfectly. This is a really nice product. I think a good deal for what you get. -

svara: I would stay with the 80" if your QH is average build and height. If your QH is on the smaller side, 14h and not too muscular you could get away with it. They are very true to size. -
