While this gel is advertised as being alcohol-free, there is a small amount of alcohol in it. It has a minimal scent and is easy to use. However, it disappoints when it comes to the hold it provides. The gel is too runny and makes hair greasy, heavy, and gooey. It does not add thickness to fine, thin hair, nor does it enhance curls. Overall, it fails to live up to expectations as a hair sculpting gel.
