The ELECTRONICS-SALON Passive Bistable/Latching DPDT 8 Amp Power Relay Module, 12V Version, RT424F12 is a small unit that can be used to switch states with a momentary signal. It comes with two control terminals: SET and RESET signals, and has a PCB size of 72.5mm x 47.35mm. It draws zero current in the steady state, and needs 12V 50mA to change status. Customers have used it successfully in various applications - one user used it to latch a ground to the twin cylinders' ignition coil kill wires which ground out the spark when hitting the off button on their RV's 5500W generator, while another user used it to control an electrical contactor and an RF switch. However, one user reported that it gets a little warm, so they wouldn't trust it buried in a project. Overall, customers find it to be a great product for the money.
