Directions To Assemble: Open the battery compartment on bottom of toy with a Philips screwdriver and insert (3) AA batteries (not included) in the correct polarity (+/-). Replace cover. Connect the wand attachment to the extension on the base by twisting until secure. Place the fabric cover over the base. Directions for Play: Press button to power ON and select SLOW mode. Press button a second time for FAST mode. Press button a third time to power OFF. |
