Is this plastic cold cast resin? Can I put screws or nails into it to mount it?
svara: The item seems to be made of some form of cast resin plastic so it should be possible to carefuly drill holes for tapping or application of inserts to receive screws. Definitely not suitable for nails. We set ours on the floor as a welcome statue at the top of the stairs from the vestibule. We really like it. Hope this helps you make your determination. -

svara: I left mine outside for the last 2 winter with no problem but I took the light because it does get damaged in the rain . It's great quality.

The DWK Twin Bears Climbing a Tree Outdoor Home Porch Sign and Solar LED Light Lamp is a lovely addition to any front porch or yard. The statue is made of cast resin plastic and can be drilled to mount with screws, but not nails. The light can be removed during rain, however, it is great quality and has lasted through 2 winters. The statue is 18 inches and features pink dotted mushrooms at the bottom. Customer reception: - The statue is bigger than expected and great for porch decor - A little pricey but adorable and perfect for front garden decor - One customer experienced a faulty light on one of the bears - Solar feature is a bonus and looks perfect in the front yard - Light stopped working after a month for one customer - LED can be replaced for a low cost - Adorable statue, but wished the light was brighter. - Used for decoration on front porch and cabin
