Eternabond Microsealant Tape
Eternabond Microsealant Tape is a flexible tape that can bond aggressively to non-cleaned surfaces. Though the manufacturer recommends cleaning the surface with EternaClean or acetone for the best possible bond. The tape is 3 inches wide by 24 inches long and can be painted after application. It has an adhesive under the outside skin, making it very flexible. It is suitable to use on plastic mobile home bathtubs and to cover aluminium kitchen sink holes. Customer Experience: The users who have used the tape to seal leaks have been very happy with its performance. They have used it to repair aluminium kitchen sink holes, vinyl siding damage and a crack in a 1988 RV tub. It has been able to fix the issues, and users have not reported any leaks after using the tape. However, some customers have failed to have the tape bond with their surface and reported that it peeled right off. One customer was unhappy with the product as they did not receive what they asked for and the write up was misleading.
